Shipping & Delivery

PACKAGING

We ensure that your ordered items are packaged properly for long distance shipping.

• Canvas or paper prints (loose) are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged in tube shipping containers. There is no option to ship the items flat at this time.
• Framed canvas, framed print, gallery wrap, decograph print, and triptych items are covered securely and placed in corrugated shipping boxes with bubble wrapping.

If you wish to have an extra layer of protection, there's optional individual wooden crate packaging that's available with extra fees. The pricing varies based upon the dimension of your overall items. We highly recommend you to get the wooden crate packaging for deliveries or shipping outside Jakarta, Indonesia.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

We process your orders differently, depending on the product types. Please check below for your item's processing time.

• In-stock items (photo frames & framed art) : 3 - 5 business days
• Art-on-Demand and Photos-to-Art items : 5 - 7 business days
• Large quantity (bulk order) items:  Please contact us for more detail processing time at info@murigoart.com or call us.

We partner with JNE (Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir) for shipments within Indonesia. The delivery transit time depends on your shipping address (area) and choice of delivery method (standard, expedited, or overnight). Please contact JNE for detail information regarding transit time from our warehouse in Tangerang, Banten to your preferred destination.

Please note:

• This is only a general guideline for our processing times. Please contact our customer support to get more specific processing time for your items.
• Processing begins only when successful payment has been applied to the order. Denied credit card authorizations and bank transfer payments will delay processing start times.
• If you order a combination of in-stock, Art-on-Demand, and Photos-to-Art items, the order processing time may be 5 - 7 business days (we will ship those items together in one shipment)
• Our business days are from Monday to Friday (9 am to 5 pm).

Shipping rates vary depending on the size and type of the art you order and how quickly you'd like it to arrive.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
