BTS Policy

Welcome to Business and Trade Sales (BTS) Program, Murigoart.com’s B2B and wholesale solution services! The BTS Program and Services are provided subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree to be bound by this policy, you may not access or use our BTS Program and its Services. You should review our Terms of Sale, Terms of Use, Photos to Art Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Content Policy to understand our ruling practices. 

 

I. PRIVACY AND OTHER TERMS

Your use of the Program and Services is also subject to our Terms and Conditions. To the extent there are conflicts between this Policy and the general Terms and Conditions, this Policy shall govern. 

II. BTS ACCOUNT

  • In order to join our BTS Program and Services, you are required to fill out and submit our BTS sign-up form. The approval of BTS membership is subject to review by our management and will not take more than fourteen (14) business days after form submittal. The BTS account’s username and password will be given to you, once your application has been approved. Your BTS account’s information and credentials will remain strictly confidential. You are responsible of the confidentiality and activities of your BTS account. Murigoart.com will not be hold accountable for any incidents or criminal acts performed on behalf of and within your BTS account. 

  • Your BTS account is non-transferrable to other businesses or individuals. 

III.    BTS PRIVILEGES

  • As part of our BTS Program and Services, you are entitled exclusively to our B2B and wholesale trade deals. Due to the nature of our BTS program, unfortunately, regular discounts and other promotional offers can’t be combined with any of your BTS transactions. IV.    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipment and delivery of your orders will be sent to your registered business or billing address by default, unless specified. 

V.    ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such event your sole recourse shall be the return of amounts paid by you related to such order (if any).

VI.    CREDIT VALUE SYSTEM

Credit Value System (CVS) is a prepaid form of payment authorized and managed privately by Murigoart.com. The use of CVS payment method is only available for BTS account holders and subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Payment with CVS can’t be combined with other form of payments, which includes: credit card, PayPal, BCA KlikPay, and Bank Transfer.
  • Purchased CVS is non-refundable and non-cashable.
  • Your CVS balance is non-transferable to any BTS account holders or individuals. 
  • There is no expiration or time limit for your remaining purchased CVS balance. If there’s any changes, Murigoart.com will inform BTS account holders prior to any revision or alteration of this expiration policy. 
  • CVS statement is accessible up to 12 months old. You can only print CVS statement for the past 30 days.  
  • Invoice will be issued for every CVS top-up payments. For other transaction with CVS, an order summary will be emailed to you.
  • Murigoart.com reserves all rights to change or modify the CVS bracket value and pricing at any time without prior notice. Your remaining CVS balance will not be affected. 

VII.    CHANGES TO OUR BUSINESS AND TRADE POLICY

  • If we change our Business and Trade Policy, we will post a new version on our Website, which will become effective when posted. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of the Website, and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent with it.
